The Fujifilm Finepix E510 is Fuji’s 5 megapixel entry into the crowded entry-level digital camera market. The only difference between the Fujifilm Finepix E510 and its slightly cheaper brother, the E500, is the number of megapixels - 5 versus 4. The Fujifilm Finepix E510 offers a couple of interesting features to help differentiate itself from the competition. The Finepix E510 has a 28-91mm zoom lens, which is a lot wider than most of its rivals. The E510 also offers full photographic control in the form of aperture-priority, shutter-priority and manual modes. The Fujifilm Finepix E510 allows you to take full creative control if you desire it, or you can use the various auto and scene modes instead and let it make the decisions. On the rear of the camera is a large 2 inch LCD screen, and there is a pop-up flash with a range of creative flash modes available. The Fujifilm Finepix E510 is also larger than many digicams, which Fujifilm claims makes it more of a photographer’s camera.
